Mutual Learning Encounter: Code of Conduct on Data Protection for RRI

What are the ethical challenges faced by researchers working with new Information and communication technologies (ICT)? How the Code of Conduct on Data Protection for Responsible Research and Innovation (CCDP) can help to address these challenges?

We encourage you to join the Mutual Learning Encounter organized by PANELFIT project and discuss with a community of researchers and the authors of the CCDP.

The 24th of June at 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM CEST

Why should you join?

The workshop’s aim is to gather your valuable feedback on the clarity, comprehensiveness, and utility of this Code of Conduct. Your inputs will help us enrich the Code of Conduct that PANELFIT is developing for the European Commission.

What is the CCDP?

The CCDP aims to provide an easy-to-understand set of conduct rules that cover the main principles provided in the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), as well as a set of desirable practices, specifically tailored to the research community. During the Mutual Learning Encounter, researchers will share their experiences implementing data protection, and they will review the principles and practices proposed by the CCDP.

The CCDP and more information about the consultation available at the following site: Code of Conduct.
