One of the Cos4Cloud partners, the Environmental Education Lab (EEL), a research center based at the Department of Educational Studies of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), organized in October 2020 the webinar: ‘Monitoring plant biodiversity with Pl@ntNet.’ The webinar was organized as part of the citizen science and education course that the NKUA is carrying out within the Cos4Cloud project framework. The speakers were Alexis Joly and Pierre Bonnet, researchers at Inria, co-leaders of Pl@ntNet initiative, and Cos4Cloud team members.

During the webinar, you will learn why it is important to monitor plant biodiversity, how citizen science can support plant monitoring and identification, how the Pl@ntNet platform works, and how you can use it in school practice.
